community college?

I earned an associates degree for electronic technology at this community college a year ago. if i decide to go for another degree (accounting) at the same school, would i have to take the same courses over again? for example, i took english comp I and II, calculus, psychology for electronic technology. Since those courses are also apart of the accounting program, would i have to take it again? remember i’m not changing majors, i already have an associates degree. i’m trying to get another associates degree in a different field, would i have to take those courses again?

Women’s Soccer for College Scholarships

imageEarning a college degree can be difficult. Location, available courses need to be carefully considered, as well as the cost of enrollment. Many students therefore apply for financial aid; if they are talented in sports, they look into college sports scholarships, which could also serve as a stepping stone for a career in professional sports. A college sports scholarship is a form of in which schools admit applicants based on their athletic abilities. The applicants are expected to perform well on the school team, and at the same time maintain a fair academic standing. Young women who play soccer, for instance, have a chance in playing on women’s college soccer teams. Soccer is a game played between two teams consisting of eleven players, and is thought by many to be the most popular sport in the world. The field is in the shape of a rectangle grass or turf, and a goal set up at the opposite ends. The object of the game is to bring the ball into the opposing goal. Generally, the goalkeepers (players defending the goal) are the only players allowed to use their hands or arms to catch the ball. The rest of the team usually make use their feet to kick the ball in play, or else use their torso or head to propel a ball in midair. The team that manages to score the most goals by the end of the allotted time wins. The modern rules of the game were set down in England, after the formation of The Football Association. In 1863 it passed the Laws of the Game, and much of system elaborated therein is used in today’s soccer. The rules of soccer are compiled in what is known as the “Laws of the Game.” These are revised annually by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA). FIFA is the official soccer governing body. Youth organizations usually adjust the rules as well to fit their respective players. Common adjustments that are made are field sizes, game lengths, number of players per team, the number and frequency of substitutions, etc. Field sizes, ball sizes, length of games & rules usually vary by age group. Separating girls and boys into different teams is not required by FIFA, but many soccer clubs and associations do so freely. The number of young girls attracted to soccer is increasing, and are interested to join women’s college soccer teams. Many are curious about various college sports scholarships and are eager to try out. Fortunately, the Internet has proved to be a useful venue for both athletes and coaches looking for players for women’s college soccer, as well as other games.
